Heavy Lift Cargo Drone for Logistics & Construction
100 kg to 700 kg per sortie, no runway, no pilot on board. Built for the routes where a mule train is too slow and a helicopter charter is too expensive.
A heavy lift cargo drone is a logistics decision, not a gadget purchase
If your material has to cross a valley, climb a slope or reach a site with no road, you are currently choosing between three bad options: a mule train, a helicopter charter, or a road that costs more than the cargo.
Mule train
Cheap per kilogram, but 20–40 kg per animal per trip, weather-dependent, and slow enough that schedule risk becomes the real cost.
Helicopter charter
Fast and capable, with hourly rates that make a two-day job a five-figure line item — before mobilisation and weather standby.
Heavy lift cargo drone
100–700 kg per sortie, no runway, no pilot on board, and a marginal cost per flight that drops every time you fly the route.
Payload classes for cargo work
Four models cover the overwhelming majority of cargo routes. Each is rated for sustained duty cycles, not single demonstration flights.

Tibet power grid: 410 kg per sortie at 2,788 m
Air density at 2,788 m is about 72% of sea level. Every cargo drone loses payload up there. The question is how much, and whether the manufacturer has actually measured it on a paying job.
Ours has. The LY400 delivered 410 kg of grid hardware per sortie across a full construction cycle, with the same airframe also flying cargo routes at 4,200 m in Liangshan and 4,300 m on a high-altitude logistics line.
What we need to size your cargo drone
Four numbers determine the right airframe. Send them and you get a model recommendation, a battery configuration and an honest range estimate.
Payload per sortie
Kilograms, including the release hook or sling. The single biggest driver of model selection.
Route distance
One-way distance between launch point and drop point. Round-trip if the aircraft must return loaded.
Site altitude
Metres above sea level. Air density derating is not optional — it decides whether your payload is achievable at all.
Ambient temperature
High altitude plus high temperature is the worst case for lift. We model both together, not separately.
